We know visiting a church for the first time can feel uncertain. At Winterset Foursquare Church, our goal is to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and free to engage at your own pace.
When You Arrive
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces who are genuinely glad you’re here. Whether you come on your own, with family, or with friends, you’ll find a relaxed and welcoming environment.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—just come as you are.
What to Wear
You’ll see a range of styles, from casual to dressy-casual. Wear what’s comfortable for you. We care far more about you than what you’re wearing.
Our Worship Service
Our services are centered on Jesus and rooted in Scripture. You can expect:

Worship through music that is meaningful and Christ-focused

Biblical teaching that is practical, relevant, and grounded in God’s Word

Prayer and space to reflect and respond to what God is doing
Our Sunday worship service is at 10:00 AM, we also offer Sunday School for all ages from 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM.
As a Spirit-empowered church, we welcome the work of the Holy Spirit while remaining thoughtful, orderly, and rooted in Scripture.
Communion & Prayer
We regularly take communion and believe in the power of prayer. You may be invited to receive prayer during or after the service, but participation is always optional. You are welcome to simply observe if that feels most comfortable.
Kids & Families
We love families and children. Our desire is to create a safe, caring environment where kids can learn about Jesus in age-appropriate ways. Children’s programming is available during the service, someone will be happy to help you find where to go.

ABC Church: Kids in Kindergarten through 3rd grade are invited to join ABC Church at Winterset Foursquare Church every Sunday right after worship through song. ABC Church is a fun, engaging, and faith-filled time designed just for kids—filled with Bible stories, activities, and lessons that help children grow in their understanding of God’s love. Parents can enjoy the service while kids learn, play, and build friendships in a safe and welcoming environment.

Nursery Care: The Nursery provides a safe, nurturing environment for the youngest members of our church family. Infants and toddlers are cared for with love through play, age-appropriate activities, and attentive supervision, giving parents peace of mind while they participate in worship and church events.
If you have young children, we understand that kids make noise—and that’s okay here.
After the Service
Many people stick around to visit after the service. This is a great time to meet others, ask questions, or learn more about the church. There’s no pressure to rush out or to stay—do what feels right for you.
